Here is what actually happens: the strap is never the limit, comfort is. The padded shoulder spreads a heavier body and lens across your back instead of one point. It is happiest with a mirrorless or DSLR body and a short lens; that is the setup that rides like it is not there. Bring the big glass if you want. The strap will not be the thing that complains.
Plenty of riders coast to a stop, shoot with both hands, and clip back in seconds. Others are comfortable shooting on the move. Know your handling, know the road, and ride within your skills and your local laws. We built the strap for fast access. How you use that access is up to you.
Hold the camera facing you. The strap lugs sit at the top left and top right corners, where a normal neck strap would attach.

✕- Clip the two hooks to your camera's lugs.
- Want cord instead of metal, or more reach? Loop the included cords through the lugs and clip the hooks to those.
- Screw the anchor into the tripod socket. That's the third point.
