DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

- Products you’re interested in — please include specific sizes, colors, or variations

DO YOU OFFER REPLACEMENT STRAPS?
We currently offer replacement straps only within the USA.
If you're located in the U.S. and need a replacement, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page and complete the form. Be sure to include the following details:
- The product the strap is for
- The type of strap you need (clip or velcro)
- The quantity you’re requesting
We’ll review your request and get back to you with next steps.
To help us process your request quickly, be sure to include your order ID number and the platform where you purchased the product
For international customers, replacement straps are not available separately. Because the strap and product are packaged as a single unit, a new product must be ordered.
HOW CAN I INITIATE A RETURN?
Domestic (USA Only):
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and deduct a $5 return shipping fee from your refund. This applies to orders placed through our website only
International (Outside the USA):
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item in good condition, we’ll refund the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable). We will provide a packing slip, and you’ll need to purchase local postage and attach it to the return.

HOW CAN I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE FOR AN ITEM?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, size, or color, we kindly ask that you return the original item and place a new order.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we do offer free shipping for orders totaling $50 or more within the USA and UK. However, please note that free shipping is not extended to orders shipped to other countries.
