RETURNS

We've crafted our bags and accessories to enhance your biking experience with their durability, spaciousness, and organization. We're confident that you'll love them, which is why we're offering you a 30-day trial period.

During this 30-day period, you can try out our bags to determine if they meet your needs. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with our products, simply return them within the 30-day period, and we'll refund your money. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products.

Eligibility for a Full Refund:

  • All original parts, including insert cards and packaging, must be included.

Exceptions to the 30-Day Trial:

  • Damaged Items: No refunds will be issued for items showing signs of harsh riding abuse, such as excess dirt, submersion in water, or severe signs of torn material, rendering them unusable.
  • Item Already Returned: Items can only be returned once per order.
  • Bulk Purchases: The 30-day trial does not apply if you’ve ordered 10 or more individual items or purchased more than 10 items within six months. This policy applies to both individual and corporate customers.

    Return Postage Cost:

    Please note that buyers are responsible for the postage cost for all returns.

    EXCHANGES

    Exchanges are only possible for the same product style and are subject to availability, which cannot be guaranteed. The buyer is responsible for postage fees for returning the product to us and for shipping the exchanged product to them, unless the exchange is requested before the original product has been shipped.
