Hello —

These reels will run as ads. They will appear in the feed of road cyclists while they scroll. You have about two seconds to make them stop scrolling. That is the job.

You know the rider we are talking to, because you are one. The rider whose saddle bag makes noise on every rough road. The rider who keeps their bike clean and simple, and refuses to attach a large, heavy bag to it. The rider who carries a camera and worries about it during the whole ride. Speak to that rider. Name their problem. Show them the solution.

You will make three reels. Each reel is a complete, separate video — filmed and edited on its own. The three reels share the same building blocks, but each one opens with a different hook and tells the story in its own way.

Three videos. Three hooks.

Pg. 02

Each reel contains the same building blocks — the unboxing, the setup, the ride. But each reel is its own video: different shots, different order, different delivery. Not one video with three different intros.

Every reel contains

The unboxing — opening the box, showing the materials and details. The packing — tools, tube, and ride essentials going into the bag. The setup — attaching the bag to the saddle, or putting on the camera strap and adjusting the fit. The ride — on the bike, on the road, showing that it works.

i.

The security hook.

Problem: gear you cannot trust

Open with the problem every rider knows — the bag that makes noise on rough roads, the zipper that opens by itself, the thought during the ride: is my equipment still there? Then show the product answering that problem, in your own way.

For the camera strap: the camera moving against your back on a fast descent, the strap that slips, the camera you keep checking with your hand.

Example opening lines

"If your saddle bag makes noise on every ride — watch this."

"I stopped checking if my camera was still there. Here is why."

Use these or write your own.

ii.

The minimalist hook.

Problem: a big bag ruins the bike

Open with the visual problem — a large, heavy bag hanging under the saddle of a beautiful bike. You built a clean machine. The gear you add should not change how the bike looks. Show the product from the side, from behind, on the bike — let the clean silhouette do the talking.

For the camera strap: a large camera backpack on a road ride, compared to a strap that sits flat against your back.

Example opening lines

"Your bike is beautiful. Your saddle bag should not hide that."

"The best saddle bag is the one you do not see."

Use these or write your own.

iii.

The rider hook.

Speak directly to the rider

Open by speaking directly to the rider — road cyclists who care about the details; photographers who take pictures during their rides. The viewer should feel: this video is for me.

This is the reel for your voiceover, in your own language — spoken the way you would talk to a friend you ride with, not the way you would talk to a camera.

Example opening lines

"If you are a road cyclist who takes photos on every ride — this is for you."

"Road cyclists: this is the saddle bag you have been looking for."

Use these or write your own. Voiceover in your own language is encouraged.

The whole brief, in one line
Speak to the rider. Name the problem.
Show them the solution.

What we
need.

Required

Three edited reels
+ all raw clips.

3 fully edited reels — vertical 9:16 format, one per hook. Each reel is its own complete video. Phone footage is welcome; a natural, personal style works better than a polished studio style.

No music on any file. Voiceover and natural sound only. We add music on our side.

Voiceover in your own language on at least one reel — spoken the way you would explain it to a friend.

All raw clips from every scene — the unboxing, the packing, the setup, the ride. We edit new versions and test new hooks ourselves. The raw clips make that possible. Delivered via Drive or WeTransfer.

An Instagram Collab post on your own channel is optional — it is not required.

03 · Where this leads

An entry point.
Not the finish line.

2026 is the entry point to the Lumiere Content Creator Program.

The creators who land it — whose reels click, whose voice fits, whose work stays sharp — move into long-term partnership with us.

We invite carefully. We keep the people whose work we love. The first reel you make for us could be the start of something that runs for seasons.

What "long-term" means here
  • Quarterly campaigns and first call when the next one drops.
  • Ongoing paid collaboration on future work.
  • Co-creation on product, content, and where the brand goes.
