I got this as a semi-free (paid postage) gift for buying a larger saddle bag with a BOA closure. I like this one better. The velcro strap is easy to slip through the seat rails and holds the bag snug; no shaking when I ride. There is a small zippered pocket on the bottom for quick access to my multi-tool without loosening the velcro. Don't have to remove the bag to access the main pocket, just loosen the Velcro. Only thing I wish was different is for the bag to fold fully open like a book to be able to see everything instead of digging.
Very well made product would buy again.

Compact but holds tube 2-CO2, valve, levers with room for a patch kit too. Fast delivery and sits nicely under the saddle. Now on 2 bikes!
