Returns & Exchanges

We’ve designed our bags and accessories to deliver durability, functionality, and a better ride. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for a Full Refund:

  • Items must be unused and returned in original condition with all packaging, tags, and insert cards included.

Return Shipping Cost:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
  • For USA Orders - A prepaid return label is a flat $5 which will be deducted from your refund.
  • For all other international orders - customers must purchase the appropriate postage from their local postal service and apply it to your package.

Exceptions:

  • We do not issue refunds for items that show signs of misuse, excessive wear, submersion in water, or physical damage rendering them unusable.
  • Returns are limited to one return per order.
  • Returns are not accepted for orders of 10 or more items, or if more than 10 items were purchased within a six-month window (applies to individual and business accounts).

EXCHANGES
  • At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the best option is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the correct one. We're happy to help guide you through the process if needed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • We process orders quickly to ensure prompt shipment. Once your order has been shipped, it is considered final, and changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
  • We understand the importance of receiving a product in perfect condition. Rest assured, we thoroughly inspect each item before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to address the issue and provide a satisfactory resolution.
