At Lumiere & Co., we take pride in the quality of our products. However, due to the complexities and expenses associated with international shipping, we regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders at this time. All international sales are final.

USA Orders Only:

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We've crafted our bags and accessories to enhance your biking experience with their durability, spaciousness, and organization. We're confident that you'll love them, which is why we're offering you a 30-day trial period (only applies to USA customers).

During this 30-day period, you can try out our bags to determine if they meet your needs. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with our products, simply return them within the 30-day period, and we'll refund your money. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products.

To be eligible for a full refund, ensure all original parts are included (insert cards, packaging, etc.)

However, please note that the 30-day trial does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged items: We won't issue a refund for items that show signs of harsh riding abuse, such as excess dirt, submersion in water, or severe signs of torn material, rendering them unusable.
  • Item already returned: You can only return an item once per order.
  • Bulk purchases: If you've ordered 10 or more individual items or purchased more than 10 items within six months, the 30-day trial does not apply. This policy applies to both individual and corporate customers.
