We ship from local warehouses in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe. Every order is processed within 1-2 business days and tracked from the moment it leaves us.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you need to cancel, contact us before dispatch. You have the option to return the item once received, however the original shipping cost is not refunded.
Many orders arrive sooner. Transit begins from your dispatch date, not your order date.

EU and UK orders include VAT at checkout. No charges at the door.
US and Canada orders have no import duties. Taxes are calculated at checkout — no surprises.
