- We facilitate exchanges within the USA exclusively; all international orders are considered final.

- It's essential to note that exchanges can only be processed if the item is returned in its original packaging, complete with all accompanying parts, and shows no signs of prior usage.
- Additionally, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the current product to our warehouse and having the new product delivered to the designated shipping address.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we do offer free shipping for orders totaling $50 or more within the USA and UK. However, please note that free shipping is not extended to orders shipped to other countries.
